2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account, access the Platform, or use any of the Services. mc999 enforces a strict 21+ policy in line with the Indonesia market context. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.
2.2 Residency. The Services are made available to individuals who are residents of Indonesia and who access the Platform from jurisdictions where doing so does not violate any applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
2.3 Prohibited Persons. The following individuals are not permitted to open or maintain an account on mc999:
Important: By creating an account, you confirm that none of the above Prohibited Person categories apply to you. mc999 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed.
3.1 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one active account on mc999 at any time. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid email address. mc999 is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate registration information provided by the Member.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. mc999 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You must notify mc999 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
3.4 Account Currency. All accounts on mc999 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). No other account currency is available. Exchange rate risk does not apply to mc999 accounts.
mc999 is required to verify the identity of all account holders. Verification documents may include a national identity card (KTP), passport, driver's licence, and proof of residential address. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may have restricted access to withdrawal functions until verification is successfully completed. See Section 8 for full KYC requirements.
mc999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following local Indonesian payment channels:
mc999 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from an account registered in the Member's own name. Deposits originating from third-party accounts will be returned and may trigger an account review.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are published on the cashier page of the Platform and may be updated from time to time. mc999 will provide reasonable notice of any changes to transaction limits. At the time of publication, the minimum deposit is Rp 10.000 and the minimum withdrawal is Rp 50.000.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes on average for verified accounts during standard operating hours (WIB). Processing times may be extended during peak periods, Indonesian public holidays (including Idul Fitri / Lebaran and Nyepi), or where additional verification is required. mc999 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed Rp 50.000.000 per transaction.
mc999 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own fees, for which mc999 accepts no responsibility.
Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to availability. Where the original payment method is unavailable, mc999 may request alternative verification before processing to a different method.
5.1 General. mc999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing Members. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer and incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games are specified in the individual promotion's terms. Bonus Funds and Real Money Funds are held in separate balances; Real Money Funds are used first in all wagers.
5.3 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the Member's account without compensation. mc999 will endeavour to provide advance notification of impending bonus expiry where technically possible.
5.4 Prohibited Bonus Activity. The following activities are expressly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and may result in account suspension or permanent closure:
5.5 mc999's Discretion. mc999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, and to decline or recalculate bonus awards where abuse is suspected. All decisions regarding bonus eligibility are final.
Zero Tolerance for Bonus Abuse. mc999 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify fraudulent bonus activity. Members found to have engaged in any form of bonus abuse will have all associated accounts permanently closed and all funds — including Real Money Funds — may be withheld pending investigation.
6.1 Random Number Generators. All mc999 casino games use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) independently audited by recognised third-party testing laboratories. The outcomes of all games are determined solely by these certified RNGs and are not influenced by the Company or any third party.
6.2 Sportsbook — Odds & Results. All sportsbook odds are subject to change up until the time a bet is accepted and confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed (as indicated by a bet receipt in your account), the odds are locked. Results are determined by official governing bodies (e.g., PSSI for BRI Liga 1 fixtures, FIFA for international matches, BWF for badminton). In the event of a discrepancy between a published result and the official governing body's determination, the official result will prevail.
6.3 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in circumstances including but not limited to: an event being cancelled or abandoned; a fixture commencing outside its scheduled window; technical errors that prevent a wager from being properly recorded; or the posting of obviously incorrect odds due to a manifest error.
6.4 Disconnection Policy. mc999 is not responsible for losses arising from internet disconnections, power outages, or device failures during gameplay. Incomplete game rounds resulting from a disconnection will be resolved according to the platform's standard disconnection policy, details of which are available in the FAQ.
6.5 Maximum Payout Limits. Maximum single-event and daily payout limits apply across all sportsbook and casino products. These limits are published in the relevant product section of the Platform and may be updated periodically. mc999 reserves the right to apply reduced limits to specific Members based on account history and risk profile.
7.1 Commitment. mc999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Members. We believe gambling should be a form of entertainment and not a means of financial relief or income generation. 8.1 Verification Requirement. mc999 is required to verify the identity of all Members as a condition of providing Services. KYC verification must be completed before a Member's first withdrawal request is processed and may also be triggered by certain deposit thresholds or account activity patterns.
8.2 Required Documents. To complete KYC verification, Members may be required to submit one or more of the following:
8.3 Document Submission. Documents must be submitted through the secure verification portal within the Member's account. mc999 does not accept documents sent via email or third-party file-sharing services for security reasons.
8.4 Verification Timeframe. mc999 will endeavour to complete standard KYC verification within 24–48 hours of receiving all required documents. Complex cases may take up to 5 business days. The Member will be notified by email of the outcome of their verification review.
8.5 Failure to Verify. If a Member fails to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe following request, mc999 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal access, freeze the account, or close the account and return any verified Real Money Funds balance to the Member's last verified payment method.
9.1 Ownership. All content on the mc999 Platform — including but not limited to the mc999 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, software, text, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of mc999 or its licensed content providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft) and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 Permitted Use. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
9.3 Prohibited Use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content without mc999's prior written consent. Any unauthorised use will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal action.
10.1 General. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mc999 shall not be liable to any Member for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the Member's use of the Platform or Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.
10.2 Service Availability. mc999 does not warrant that the Platform will be available on an uninterrupted, timely, or error-free basis. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, or third-party infrastructure failures may cause temporary service interruptions. mc999 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.
10.3 Third-Party Content. Games and betting markets provided by third-party studios and data providers are subject to those providers' own terms and technical limitations. mc999 is not liable for errors, outages, or incorrect data arising from third-party systems beyond its reasonable control.
10.4 Aggregate Liability Cap. Where mc999's liability cannot be excluded by law, mc999's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of all claims arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit mc999's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by mc999's negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
11.1 mc999's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.
11.2 mc999 processes personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, customer support, and — where you have provided consent — marketing communications. Your data will never be sold to third parties for independent commercial use.

12.1 Termination by Member. You may close your mc999 account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, all pending withdrawal requests will be processed and any remaining Real Money Funds balance (less any applicable Bonus Funds) will be returned to your last verified payment method.
12.2 Termination by mc999. mc999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member's account with immediate effect, without prior notice, where mc999 reasonably believes that the Member has:
12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon account closure, all outstanding Bonus Funds will be forfeited. Real Money Funds will be returned unless they are subject to a pending investigation, in which case mc999 may retain them until the investigation is concluded. Sections 9 (Intellectual Property), 10 (Limitation of Liability), and 13 (Governing Law) shall survive termination.
13.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mc999 holds its international gaming licence.
13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute, Members are encouraged to first contact mc999's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, the matter may be escalated to mc999's internal complaints department by submitting a formal written complaint to support at mc999.vu.
13.3 Escalation. If mc999's internal complaints procedure fails to resolve the matter to the Member's satisfaction, the Member may escalate the complaint to the relevant licencing authority's Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service. mc999 will cooperate fully with any ADR process initiated in accordance with applicable regulations.
13.4 Language. These Terms & Conditions are published in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
